Refund and Returns Policy - Eureka Air Curtain

At AR Enterprise, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Refund and Return Policy outlines our procedures for returning or refunding products such as air curtains, PVC air curtains, hand dryers, fly catchers, fly killers, shoe cover dispensers, and shoe shining machines and others.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns may be accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before authorizing a return or replacement.
